In a food processor, add the almonds, coconut, chia seeds, protein powder & raw cacao. Pulse until a fine flour forms.
Add the dates and coconut oil to the food processor. Pulse until a sticky dough forms.
Using your hands, roll the dough into balls.
Serve & enjoy. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
*Soften dates in a bowl of hot water for 5-10 minutes. Pat them dry with a towel before putting them in the food processor.
